Today, companies do not understand whether they want a mobile app or not? Mobile apps are not for every company out there in the industry. In conversations with a broad variety of companies, a confusion over the importance of creating a mobile application runs rampant over the practicality. The fact is that mobile applications are not always the best answer.
Countless companies do not require a mobile app, let’s take an example of travel industry. Apart from travelers, not every person travel every day, week or month, therefore using your mobile app is not going to be his or her everyday thing. Furthermore, another barrier is the existence of mobile website. Who needs a mobile app when they can easily use the internet to check airline fares, book a ticket or check hotels.
Similarly, it goes with the law firm and book publishers, all those businesses to which building a mobile app won’t be too supportive in customer engagement. So before starting your android, iOS and mobile app development project, confirm that it will give you good ROI of your investments. Mobile app is not the answer of every problem, so my advice is before starting of any project get good consumer insights and then start working on that task. It is all my experience please do share your valuable views too.August 18, 2017 at 6:41 am #1321087
