    Hi, I’m using Radiate Pro but can’t find a forum for this? Anyhow, on my site http://1081310061.n54139.test.prositehosting.co.uk/ I have changed the size of font in the menu. Thereafter, when I click on “Services” the menu drops down but disappears before I can click on any of the items. Any ideas please anyone? Thanks

    You will only see the pro forum, when you have the active subscription to the pro theme as you have mentioned you are, and will only be visible when you are logged in. For the solution of the above query, paste this CSS code in the Custom CSS Box provided through the Customizer Options:-

    .radiate-hdt-2 .main-navigation ul ul {
      top: 48px;
    }

    Hope this works.
    We will really appreciate if you could help us too by rating our theme in WordPress repo here:-

    Thanks.

    Hi

    Perfect solution thanks. I am logged in now, but still can only see the forums for the free themes. I have a further question on Radiate Pro but guess you would prefer I log it in the correct area. Please advise.

    Thank you

    If you don’t see the pro forum, then, you may continue to ask your problem here. Thanks.

    I would really like to see the pro forum please as I’m sure it would give plenty of ideas. I have purchased the pro theme, so please help me to access this.

    Meantime, I need the banner and the slideshow to be 100% width – is there further css code I can add for this please?

    Hi helen.marengo,

    You should be able to see the Pro forum but make sure the email you used to login should be the same email you used to purchase the theme. If you can send your order number we will have a look at it.

    Regarding your query the slider seems to be 100% can you elaborate more on this please?

    Thank you – order number is 120835. I have just tried logging in with another email address however and it seems I must have used this one – apologies, as I can now see the Pro forum.

    My customer says the slideshow is not 100% on her screen -she has a wider screen than me, as I can see it perfectly. Can you help with getting the banner 100% please, and with no padding at the top either?

    Thank you

    Hi Helen,

    You can use the following css code to make the slideshow image width 100% :-

    .slide-image img {
      width: 100%;
    }

    Thanks!

    That’s great – thank you. I also need the banner at the top to be 100% – I have tried setting site-branding to 100% in custom css but this hasn’t worked, please can you advise on this too? Thank you

    Hi Helen,

    You can use the following css code to make the banner width 100% :-

    .site-branding {
      background-color: #1A2574;
      position: relative;
    }

    .site-branding:before {
      content: '';
      background: #1A2574;
      height: 118px;
      width: 1000%;
      margin-left: -1000%;
      position: absolute;
      left: 0px;
      top: 0px;
    }

    .site-branding:after {
      background: #1A2574;
      position: absolute;
      top: 0px;
      right: 0px;
      width: 1000%;
      height: 118px;
      content: '';
      margin-right: -1000%;
    }

    .radiate-hdt-2 .header-wrap {
      padding: 0px 0 10px;
    }

    Thanks !

    Thank you Sujan but unfortunately this hasn’t worked. Would you have any other ideas, or have I done something wrong?

    No there was no error when copying the code, and I can see it in correct position when going to view source. Have checked in IE10 & Firefox & Chrome and navy blue banner at top of page is not 100% in any of them. Can you help please?

    thank you

    I found content:'&#039 in css code when checking view source of your site in chrome and Firefox.

    When you copy the CSS code then content:“”; bold part changes into '&#039 this special character.So please delete '&#039 and make it “”.

    Please edit CSS and check once again.If it doesn’t solve your problem then please send live detail privately.

    Thanks !

    Hi Sujan

    When I look at the custom css in WordPress, the code is exactly as you have sent it. So it must be the browser which is translating this incorrectly. Is there a way round this please? It now looks like the apostrophes are being escaped with / i.e. ignored. Thanks for your help on this. Sorry – I don’t understand how to “send live detail privately”

    Thanks
    Helen
