    Hi @business.wenzel,

Your desktop menu is working fine as shown in the link below.

The mobile menu issue seems to have been generated due to plugins used. Can you once disable autoptimize plugin and check if the issue is resolved? If not, feel free to ask again.

    Thanks.

    Hi @business.wenzel,

You can search in the search engine or WordPress plugins repository for other plugins to do the same work. I would recommend WP-Optimize plugin.

    Thanks.

Hi there, I’m having the same problem now with my menu not showing as a drop down on mobile devices. Are you able to check if I’ve done something wrong as it did work previously?
    Thanks in advance.

I have the same (or similar) problem. The Esteem default menu is in the header area. The drop-down for those menu items that have sub-pages is separated from the menu itself, and is not ‘sticky’. After clicking on the top menu item, if the mouse pointer is moved, the drop-down disappears and its items cannot be selected. I installed the code patch suggested by wenzel but that did not seem to change the problem.

    The site is at iscmns.com

After some futile searching through the code, I wasn’t able to suss out how the drop-down menu construction works. I did find that the menu problem is Mozilla-browser-related, with Chrome and Safari both showing correct menu behavior, and Firefox not. So a possibly useful clue but beyond my skill & time without further help.

    Hi @info1621,

The drop-down menu in mobile is working fine but it is showing below the social media button and text widget. It seems to be caused due to the plugin used. Can you disable the social media plugin and check if the problem is resolved. If not, feel free to ask again.

    Thanks.

    Hi @magicsound3,

While checking your site, the desktop and mobile menu both seem to be working fine. Can you clear your browser cache and check? Also, can you post the same query if you still get the issue on the Esteem Support forum?

    Thanks.
