    Hello,

I’d like to add social media icons like here https://johnjames.audubon.org, also I’d like to add buttons similar to what is shown on this site. Just buttons to other pages on the site. How can I do that please?

    Thanks!

The site I need help with is:

    Hi, Kathleen.

If you are asking to place it in the same place, then this feature is not available in this theme and requires lots of code customization work, which could not be covered via this forum. Hope you can understand.
Note: To add this in the sidebar area, there might be plugin available for this in the WordPress plugin directory for the feature which you require for your site. So, can you search there?
    Thanks.

I cannot add this is the sidebar area, it needs to be at the top. This is the forum for your theme that I paid for. I would like to know, here, how this can be accomplished please. Or I may need a refund. Or please let me know where I can get the code to do this, it seems to me that it should just be more CSS code. I was able to do this in a .org free theme. but not on a paid theme in .org?? Thanks!

    Hello Kathleen,

Since the theme is not designed to display the social icons in the top, it will need a lot of customization in the code which cannot be done through this forum.
We apologize for the inconvenience faced.
However you can add social icons in the menus using this plugin, please try and see if it works for you.

I used the plugin, but would much rather them be in header. I found code to do that but would you be able to help me configure them with css please? I’d like the links for get involved, donate, volunteer to be next to the search glass and the social media icons to be to the left of those, like here, https://johnjames.audubon.org.

    Hi, Zoltán Kalmár.

For the feature which you require for your site, if you can code it on your own then, you can achieve via the child theme. Thanks.

    Hi!!
Could you help me for the same problem.
I’d like the additional CSS for put social icons (fb, instagram, twitter youtube, pinterest, vimeo ), like the site of Kathleenn new.valleyforgeaudubon.org , in the same position near the lens(I see it’s a Radiate theme).
I’m not familiar with the basics of HTML and CSS.
    Thanks so much in advance.

    Kind regards Roberta

    @info1828

That seems to be custom coded and will probably need lots of code customization work, which could not get covered up via any support platform. Hope you can understand. Thanks.
