There is an update sent and I can’t log into the routerlogin.net or .com… I have tired wireless and hardwired. I have tried from the Genie on my phone. I have tried from Chrome and IE. Both state “connection rejected” From my phone, I see the details but can’t log into it. When I tried the remote access it lets me get as far as “select router(device). It doesn’t bring it up as an option to login in to router.
