If you have changed any of the theme code on your own then, can you revert back the changes done and check? If the issue still persists, then can you once check by disabling the used plugin on your site and check?

I have not touched …
This is a plugin included in the “Esteem” theme. The slider works with cycle2. I was told it could be the Jquery library that posed a problem? She is calling in 3 different versions. I think that creates a conflict.January 23, 2019 at 4:38 am #1403300
If you have used any of the cache plugins in your site then can you once try clearing out the cache and check?

Can you once try upgrading to the latest version of the theme and see if that helps? And while checking, your site seems to be using only 1 instance of that library file, not many. And while trying to replicate it within our development environment, we could not replicate the issue, so maybe give that a try upgrading the theme to its latest version? We will check it in our development environment and if found the same issue then we will probably fix that up within theme update. So, thank you for your patience and understanding.
