    Hello!

    I would like to format in the header the Title and the Description.

    – How to add “new line”, so the text from there on is forced into a news line?
    – How to center both the Title and the Desciption?
    – How to change the font size for one and for the other?

    THANKS!

    Tamas

    Hi @Tamás,

    Can you clarify as to what you are trying to do in the first point? If possible, can you provide a screenshot of what you want to achieve?

    You can center the header text by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS: in the dashboard and insert the code mentioned below.

    #header-left-section {
        width: 68%;
    }
    #header-text {
        float: right;
    }

    For changing the font-size, you can insert the code mentioned below in the same place as above.

    #site-title a {
        font-size: 40px;
    }
    #site-description{
        font-size: 20px;
    }

    Thanks.

    Hi @Tamás,

    The site description section can’t use HTML so, breaking a line in the site description and showing in the new line is not possible.

    Thanks.

    Hello Rajesh,

    Oké, I understand.

    Let’s find another solution.
    What about using a a text or html widget in the header area?
    I tried it and it seems to work…

    How may I changed the background colour of this widget / widget area?

    What is the advantage or disadvantage of this solution?

    Thanks and greetings

    Tamas

    Hi @Tamás,

    There is nothing wrong with using ‘text’ or ‘HTML’ widget. You can change the text and background color of the widget by adding the following code in the same place as above.

    .widget_text .textwidget{
        color: #2f6b0b;
        background: #1be8dc;
    }

    I hope you liked our theme. If so, you can help us by providing a review here: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/spacious/reviews/?filter=5

    Thanks.
