Hi,
I have a contact form on my website and I can see by going to my WordPress Dashboard and clicking Forms/Submissions that the messages are coming through. However they are not coming to my email address. I can’t see anywhere in any of the settings which email they should be going to. Where would I find this setting?
The Contact Widget is the standard one and not an additional installed Plugin.
Many thanks

Please, go to the options Contact->Contact Forms and edit your existing form.
Now, click the tab “Mail” where input your email address in the field “To”.
After this once try to post the form and check your email where you will find the mail directly in the dashboard or may be in the “spam message” section.Regards!
ThemeGrill Support TeamMarch 21, 2017 at 4:22 pm #1299148Hi Sorry these instructions are not clear for me.
I am starting in the WordPress Dashboard and clicking on Forms.
From there I am selecting the Form Tab, then All Forms, then selecting the Contact Form and clicking Edit.
On this page there are four tabs to choose from:
Form Fields
Emails & Actions
Advanced
Preview FormI chose Emails & Actions
Now there are three settings:
Success Message
Admin Email
Save SubmissionFrom here I chose Admin Email and click on the Gear Icon. This brings up a form. In that form there is a section for an email address and there is an address in there already. (noreply@demo.wpeasymode.com) I have replaced this with my email address and clicked Done and Publish.
However, I have tried sending a test message – and it still ends up in the Submission list but does not get delivered to my email. It is not in my spam folder.
Please can you tell me if I am modifying the correct section – or if not where I should make this edit. It is helpful if you navigate me page by page so that I know exactly how to proceed.
Many thanks
Michelle

The form settings which i have mentioned earlier is for “Contact Form 7” plugin.
So, if you are using different plugin for your contact form then please contact to your respective plugin developer for this issue.Regards!
