Today I am writing to you because I have a mistake on my page, related to 404 errors.
I have several websites with colormag, and the truth is that nothing like this has ever happened to me.
The problem is that when entering an incorrect url, the 404 error page should be displayed. As shown below
The problem is that in this web page, when you enter an incorrect url it is blank, as you can see in the following image
Why is this happening? I appreciate any help you can give me.May 15, 2018 at 4:15 am #1371868
If you have changed any of the theme code on your own then, can you revert back the changes done and check once?
Thanks.May 15, 2018 at 4:18 am #1371869

Thanks.May 15, 2018 at 9:29 am #1371900
Of course; the link of the page is
enter any url that generates a 404 url, and you see the problemMay 16, 2018 at 4:11 am #1371978
We checked out your site, it seems to be working fine. Can you once check after clearing out your browser cache?
Thanks.May 16, 2018 at 1:18 pm #1372027
and all I could do was this:
1.- copy the 404.php file to another folder
2.-rename the file to notfound.php
3.-using the htacces
ErrorDocument 404 /namethefolder/notfound.php
I think the error is because I have the page in a hosting shared with other pages, and I have the wordpres files and the theme inside a folder with the name of the project.
It must be that you lost the original configuration, the moment you removed it from the public_html.
I don’t really know if that’s why, but the question is that the problem has been solved.
Thank you very much for your patience @Nitu ShresthaMay 17, 2018 at 4:12 am #1372108
