When my site is on mobile with the theme and you try to expand the menu, the menu expands, collapses, expands again and then collapses again. This happens on an actual mobile browser, and the mobile browser preview in WordPress.
Thanks in advance!November 14, 2018 at 5:35 am #1393749
The issue may be arising due to the conflict. Can you try disabling used plugins one by one and check if the issue is resolved?

Thanks, but that did not resolve it. I disabled everything and it still did the same thing.November 15, 2018 at 4:54 am #1393890
Can you provide us with URL to your site so that we can inspect it and give you a proper solution?

Hi @PhillyGrit, @dany88bcn,
Since the issue is with our minified js file, loading unminified file will solve the issue, for which you can enable
SCRIPT_DEBUGin your ‘wp-config.php’ file of your WordPress installation. We’ll be releasing a new update of the theme soon with the fixes.
You can learn more about it in here:

That worked. Thank you for your help!November 19, 2018 at 5:13 am #1394310
Glad to know it worked. If you get any issue later, feel free to ask again.

How can i accomplish this on mac?November 27, 2018 at 4:35 am #1395957
This can be done likewise as mentioned before from your Cpanel. You might need help from your hosting provider or experienced developer on this. If you do not want to do so now, we’ll be releasing an update of the theme which will fix the issue automatically. So, hope you could wait for some time and update the theme after releasing an update.
