Hi –I’ve read previous posts by others saying their mobile menus were not working. I saw that the responses were related to plugins. Is there a specific plugin that would prevent the mobile menu was not working. The old version of the theme was working fine. I actually plan to re-install that but thought I’d come to you guys for answers first. Thanks. Here’s a short URL to our site. https://goo.gl/3XtDTdOctober 29, 2018 at 4:10 am #1391600
For showing the responsive menu, you can go to the Appearance > Customize > Header > Responsive Menu Style in the dashboard and check the Switch to new responsive menu option.

Thank you, I did follow those steps and saw that it updated on the laptop version; however, the menu link remains dead in mobile. What other solution do you offer? Was there a specific plugin we should not be using? Thanks again?October 30, 2018 at 4:47 am #1391756
While checking your site in our development environment, it seems to be working fine on a mobile device. Can you clear your browser’s cache and check once?
