The mobile menu doesn’t work, whether it is in a sized down screen on the computer or on an actual phone. The navicon icon (3 stacked lines) shows up, but doesn’t show anything when pressed. I have tried removing all of my custom css to make sure there wasn’t a conflict with that, and that didn’t do anything. I’d list my website here, but I’ve noticed your online Demo for Himalayas (both Free and Pro) shows the same problem.

I am also a Spacious Pro user, and would love if the mobile menu could work like that.

    Hi Elizabeth,

Please update your site to the latest one.
There is no such problem in our demo site now. So, check once by updating the theme and let us know if it still don’t work.

    Thanks

Thanks for the response. I am using the most recent version – 1.0.5.

To troubleshoot I just went through each plugin – turning off and on – and it seems it was Footer Putter that was causing problems.

So that solved my problem, but I will say your own demo for Himalayas still isn’t working for me on my computer, but it is on my Android. I am using older browsers on my computers because my operating systems are old, so perhaps that accounts for the difference.

Follow up: After trying to recreate what I lost by removing the Footer Putter plugin, I think I have finally figured out what the problem was, and why the demo might not be working too. You can’t use the same menu in both the header and the footer. If you want it to show in both places, you have to recreate it and give it a different menu name. Hopefully this will save someone some time.

    Hi Elizabeth,

That’s great you found it and Thanks for sharing.
But I don’t think that might be the reason.
When you resize the screen you need to refresh the page so that the required scrip is properly loded.

    Thanks.

I know the topic is pretty old, but this is probably worth mentioning – it is possible to make the script work even without refreshing the page, two changes are necessary:
    1) himalayas.js, line 72, ‘if (width && width <= 768 ) {‘ to ‘if (width && width <= 1920) {‘
    2) style.css, add ‘overflow: visible !important;’ in ‘@media (min-width: 769px)- #site-navigation .menu-primary-container, #site-navigation div.menu’

    Hi there,

First of all, sorry for a delay. Please add # instead of blank in your Yazılarım custom menu URL. Let us know if your issue persists again.

Info:- Never leave the blank URL for your custom menu because our theme is based One Page.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Sorry to dig up an old thread. My mobile menu is not working on iOS devices. The mobile menu on your demo is also not working. Can you check out my site and let me know what I can do to try and fix the issue?

    Thanks for your time.

    Hi @justin16
While checking your site, the menu seems not working on any mobile devices. This might be caused by plugins you’re using. So, you can try deactivating plugins one by one and check if your issue resolves. Also, if you’ve changed any theme’s file, please revert back. If it still persists, please let us know again.

And, checking our demo on iPhone device seems fine. Can you let us know what issue did you get on our demo menu?
    Regards,
    ThemeGrill Support Team.

    Hello,

I have deactivated my plugins and the custom code in the header for “drift.com” chat box. I am still getting the same issue.

The demo site here: https://demo.themegrill.com/himalayas/ is having the same issue that I am having. iOS devices seem to not load the script to open the mobile menu. I was using the Google Chrome developer tools to simulate an iOS device. I try to click on the menu and it doesn’t change. I get the same experience on an actual iOS device. Here is a link to a screenshot of my view on google chrome developer tools: https://snag.gy/fBS6jZ.jpg

    Any help is much appreciated.

I don’t complain that only a desktop version works. After all, I’ve finally got a game monitor thanks for this guide https://bestgamingthings.com/choosing-a-game-monitor-what-to-look-for/. And I can work with great pleasure on my PC. But hopefully, the mobile version will work again as intended soon.
