I have not made any code changes and have tried deactivating the plugins and that did not resolve the issue. It seems as tho it started after the version upgrade.June 13, 2018 at 4:57 am #1375355
While checking your site, there’s one file missing:
navigation.jswhich is responsible for the menu functions. So, can you make sure you’ve properly installed the theme? Or, you can simply uninstall and install the theme again. That should fix the issue. If doing so also doesn’t fix it, let us know again.
Also, please consider asking your queries in the respective support forum.
Thanks.June 13, 2018 at 5:03 am #1375356
Checking your site, I couldn’t find any issue on the menu.
Can you explain in detail about which functionality of menu is not working? And in which browser and device environment? so that I could replicate those issue and fix for you. 🙂
Thanks.June 13, 2018 at 1:17 pm #1375390
I have returned to version 1.5 which is what works for me, since version 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 does not work the mobile menu.
in safari and Chrome did not work the menu.
the installation was clean and I tried to disable all the plugins, so I went back to version 1.5

my appologies, i can’t seem to figure out how to respond to your response properly.
We have tested mobile Safari and Chrome. I uninstalled, deleted, and reinstalled the theme. It worked for a brief moment, now is not working again. When clicking on the mobile menu, it just does not respond, no drop down.June 14, 2018 at 5:22 am #1375483
Can you once try clearing out the browser cache as well as check in another device in which it is not opened up? Thanks.
