    Hi there,

    We are very glad with the theme Radiate that we are using. Since a week there is a problem on mobile devices. We can’t open the menu while using an iPhone (tried with Chrome and Safari) our website is http://www.wervingopmaat.nl. Do you have an advice for me how to fix this issue?

    @marleen

    We see that the required file to call the function to make the menu work for the small devices is not loaded. It may be due to the cache plugin which you are using in your site. Try disabling it and check.
    Hope this works.
    We will really appreciate if you could help us too by rating our theme in WordPress repo here:-

    Thanks for your quick response. Deactivating the cache plugin that we use didn’t work. I still can’t open the menu on small devices.

    We see that the required script to toggle the menu has the tag of h4, while the menu has the tag of h1, so it is not working. So, please make them same tag, and it will work fine as it should. Thanks.

    I am having the same problem. My site is http://andrieadenise.com. When I visit my site on a mobile devise, the menu doesn’t work. I don’t know how to change the menu tag, so I don’t know if it is different from the required tag or not. Please help!

    Hi @borde.trium
    This might be caused by plugins you’re using. So, you can try deactivating plugins one by one and check if your issue resolves. Also, if you’ve changed any theme’s file, please revert back. If it still persists, please let us know again.

    Regards,
    ThemeGrill Support Team.

    Hi ThemeGrill Support Team,
    THANKS ! This was actually the plugin “Cherry Bgslider Plugin” that was causing the problem.
    Best regards,
