    Hello again,

    Since it is a different case than before, I’ve decided to make a new thread for that.
    I was looking into all threads on the forum but seems like nothing can really help me.

    Ok, so like almost everyone here I’d like to have a full-size, big header. I’ve tried several options, used some CSS recommendations from here but it’s still not working (still making it automatically smaller).
    Here is the current header file:

    When I’m checking the size on the front page… Well, it’s much smaller. I do wonder – is it possible to make the header really bigger AND also delete these white lines above and under the header (I would deelete the text line as well, and even before when text was not there, the white line was still present)? I’ve made a graphic with a white background because of that basic background in the theme (white lines).

    Below I’m giving a screenshot of the header and current CSS.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello, @malw.mime

    The header has its max width available so it can not be any bigger.
    You can add following code inside Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to remove white space around header image :

    #main-header {
      padding: 0;

    If you want to remove this text: Paladins Poland - Twoje #1 Źródło Informacji w Polsce!, go to Appearances > Widgets and remove text widget from Header sidebar section.

    The CSS helped a lot, it made the white lines smaller but not totally removed them. I changed the header, and removed text widget from Header sidebar and there is no more wigets in that section. But unfortunately the white lines are still there. Especially under the header. Any solutions? I’m including the screenshot as always.

    header question

    Add the following CSS code:

    #branding .header-logo, . {
      padding-top: 0;
    .header-right-section, .header-text {
      display: none;
