I’ve recently upgraded from free to pro, my main issue is that since the upgrade I can’t turn off the mobile version of site. Majority of the views coming from the website are from mobile users, and now the first thing they see is a blank homepage rather than the site. Is there a way I can have it defaulted to the full site or at the very least disable mobile? Thank you!August 7, 2017 at 5:54 am #1319454
Can you provide us URL of your website so that we can inspect it and give you a proper solution?

Do you want to show desktop version of the theme on mobile devices also?
If so, this feature is not available on our theme.
It seems you’re using a plugin for this purpose that’s why the homepage appears as it is now.August 8, 2017 at 5:30 am #1319616
So the plugin is what causes the mobile version to display? How can I find out which plugin does that? If I disable the said plugin will the desktop version be put on display by default rather than the mobile? Thank you!August 9, 2017 at 5:08 am #1319745
We’re not sure which plugin but you can try deactivating plugins one by one and check if your issue resolves.
If it still persists, please let us know again.May 25, 2018 at 10:31 am #1373262
