    Is there a way to make the Header area smaller in the Spacious free theme? The available header area is too big for my taste and fills more than half of my page due to which the slider gets cut. If anyone can share any custom code that I can add to the CSS, it’ll be great.

    I’m not very good with coding, but by some trial and error I arrived at the following using which I was able to reduce the header image area. However, the header image is left-aligned and I can’t figure out to make it centre-aligned, so it looks awkward. Any ideas on how to modify the below code to make the header area smaller as well as centre-align the header image?:

    .header-image {
    margin-bottom: 1px solid #333333;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #333333;
    width: 80%;
    height: 65%;

    Else, alternatively, I can use header logo instead of header logo. Is there a way I can make make the header logo bigger (to use it instead of header image), and also center align it so it serves the purpose of header image?

    Will really appreciate help on this, since the header issue is the only thing keeping me from making my site go live. Unfortunately I can’t provide a website link since I’m working on local server.

    Thanks a lot!

    Figured it out.. just added left padding and it looks much better now 🙂

    Hi shubhij,

    Great you solved the problem. Thanks for using our theme.

    Can you share how you made your header image smaller?
