    I would like to change the page title size on the featured widget, as it is too long for some pages and overlaps the edge of the caption box under the image.

    Relevant CSS seems to be <div class=”title_box”> and <h5>

    I have tried

    .title_box {
    font-size: 12px;
    }

    and

    h5 {
    font-size: 12px;
    }

    in the Customiser and in my child theme’s CSS file, but neither has any effect.

    Hello, @nick

    Try Replacing your code with:

    .widget_recent_work .recent_work_title .title_box h5 {
    font-size: 12px;
    }
