Hey, is there a way I can customize the 404 error page? I would like to add the navigation menu on the left side of the page like I have on my other pages and remove the widget on the right side..
I didnt find it anywhere.
Thanks for your help!September 28, 2018 at 4:22 am #1387802
Can you provide us with URL to your site so that we can inspect it and give you a proper solution?

You can make a child theme to change the content and customize the 404 page. You can create a 404.php file in the child theme and customize as you require. You can take a reference to make a child theme from the following link.

Hi Rajesh, thanks for your help! I am currently working on creating the child-theme. But how can I add the menu widget that the other menus have on the left sidebar to the error page?October 2, 2018 at 5:02 am #1388267
It will require a lot of code customization for obtaining the features you required. However, if you want this feature, then it is available in the Pro version of our theme.
