Great theme. I’m building this site on free version – http://www.warriorgirls.co.uk
In a homepage widget (called 6 Week Challenge) it’s pulling through the shortcode I’ve used for a sign up form on that page. Is there any way to stop it from pulling that code through?

Please go to the page “6 Week Challenge” and paste the only text to the excerpt box which you would like to display in front end. If there is no excerpt box in your backend page then you can enable it through the top right section where click the screen options and check the excerpt option. Now, the excerpt box will appear below your post page.

Thanks for getting back to me. Ok I’ve done that. So in the page for 6 Week Challenge I’ve pasted the text I want to show in the Excerpt box and saved it. But when I refresh the homepage I’m still seeing the text with the shortcode that I don’t want. This looks like it should work as when I go into Customise that widget I can see it says it will take image, title and excerpt but that’s not what it’s doing for me. I can see a setting in additional options – do i need to tick Show Excerpt here?

Sorry, to say that the widget pulls the whole content instead of excerpt.
So, there is another method you can try. After the required text in your post page please add the tag “Read More” as shown below:
This will help to display only the content above “More” in the widget.

Perfect – that’s fixed it. Thank you.
One other thing I’ve noticed. Viewing the site in Chrome on Android two of the homepage widgets (6 Week Challenge and About) don’t appear. Fine in other browsers on Android. Screenshot here – https://snag.gy/QB29ld.jpgMay 25, 2017 at 9:29 am #1309064
Sorry – ignore that last bit, I’ve fixed it. All good. Thanks.May 26, 2017 at 5:11 am #1309216
