First of all, thank you for your awesome support and theme! Those are the reasons why I decided to start my first website and my business on this theme!
That being said, I’d appreciate if anyone could help me out with these issues.
1) I cannot remove the default slider image. It does not appear anywhere in Customize -> Slider -> Image Uplad, therefore, I don’t know where else can I delete it
2) I inserted TG:Services widget, which displays 3 images. Here they are: http://prntscr.com/knzwe4
Is it possible to remove the ”Read more” and make them non-clickable? I just want for them to appear as photo.
You can just click on ‘Change image’ and then upload the new image for the slider. You should also activate the slider to show it on the front page.
For removing the read more link, you can go to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS: and insert the code mentioned below.
Also, another thing – I did remove the ”Read More”, but when I put my mouse on the Title of the TG:Services widget, I can still click on it. Is it possible to remove that? I just want for it to be an image.
I successfully removed the ”Read More” button, however, I cannot remove the slider image.
It is displayed on the front page and I have uploaded my own picture on Image Upload #1. I still have the photo that came with the theme – http://prntscr.com/ko508j , it did not get removed by me changing to my own image.
Our code is working fine and doesn’t have an issue. If you have made changes to the code in the parent theme, then please revert back the changes. Also, can you try disabling the plugins used one by one and check if the issue is resolved? If that doesn’t solve the issue, can you provide us URL to your site so that we can inspect it and give you a proper solution?
I resolved the issue with the slider! But, I would also like to make TG: Services non-clickable. I did remove the ”Read More”, but is it possible to also make them non-clickable at all? I want them to appear just as images.
For making the TG: Services widget unclickable, you can make a child theme. You can take a reference to make a child theme from the following link.
