I have a question about replacing my current opt in form with a plugin.
I have been using a custom designed opt in form on my home page that was created for me in a child theme by a designer.
I don’t have much of an understanding of CSS and HTML code and I want to be able to make changes myself in the future instead of going to the designer every time.
What I would like to do is deactivate the child theme and use a plugin to replace the current opt in. So my question is whether this is possible and if so, do you recommend any particular plugin that will best do the job and work with my theme? I would like one that is just one-step, where subscribers input their name & email at the bottom of the form (not a button that clicks through to another form, as I currently have).
Hope this makes sense!

You should first check wich one is compatible with the newsletter mail service you are using (like mailchimp, mailpoet, etc)May 5, 2016 at 5:39 am #1245101
There might be lots of plugin available in the WordPress plugin directory for the feature which you require in your site. So, can you search there? Thanks.May 9, 2016 at 9:06 am #1245734
Thanks for your advice @alessio.
And thanks Bishal, I will look. I just thought that there might have been something you knew of that would be compatible, like a pop-up with an embed feature.May 20, 2016 at 10:23 pm #1247830
