So I have run into a problem when trying to center every subheading of my posts. So, above every subheading I have added a horizontal line element (hr) and I want my subheadings to center based on this horizontal line and not my whole page, so text-align: center won’t work. The problem I have come across when trying to center post subheadings is the width changing baed on the device. So if I try to center it manually on the desktop version by adding spaces, it isn’t center on the mobile version. So what I would like to know is if you can help me with this. If not, you can inform me about:
    1. How the hr element scales based on device’s width? Is there a way to predict the width of the horizontal line based on @media-width?
    2. How every subheading type (h1,h2,h3…) scales based on device’s width?
