    How do I add a Google font as an option for me to use? Is it possible for me to add this font as an option I can select from the Theme Options: Typography section?

    This is the font I would like to add:
    https://www.google.com/fonts#UsePlace:use/Collection:Alegreya+Sans

    Thanks!

    Hi, Erica.

    You can use this plugin ‘WP Google Fonts’, available through the WordPress plugin directory. Then, please tell us where you want to use that google font, then, we will provide the necessary CSS code for it. Thanks.

    Thank you! The font I wanted to use is not listed in the WP Google Fonts plugin. I wanted to try and use this google font: https://www.google.com/fonts#UsePlace:use/Collection:Alegreya+Sans, but I found a similar one that I will use instead. Thank you for your help!
    I have a couple more questions:
    – How can I close the gap between the header and menu bar. Here is the website: https://insightcounselingllc.com/wordpress/ Also, no matter what size image I select there is a thin white line that shows up underneath the header, how can I get rid of that?
    – For the background, what image size should I use so that the image takes up the entire background, instead of having to tile it?
    and
    – On the homepage I use a TG: Testimonial widget — is there a way that I can make it so there is only one block quote? I like the fact that I can include multiples for my “testimonials” page, but on the front page, I wanted to use it as a cool way to display just one quote. How can I do that?

    Thank you so much for your help! I appreciate it!

    Hi Erica,

    For decreasing the gap you mentioned and the line paste the following code in Custom CSS Box in Appearance-> Theme Options-> Design Tab

    #header-text-nav-wrap {
        display: none;
    }
    .header-image {
        border-bottom: none;
    }

    For the background image, it depends upon the size of the screen user are viewing (ie, larger image is require for large screen), however we recommended the image size of 2000*1000px.

    For the testimonial, if you want to display one quote than in the widget write in first testimonial and leave second testimonial blank.
    If it is else you want than please mention it.

    Thank you.

    Yes, thank you! That all helped. One questions, now that I have displayed just one quote in the TG: Testimonial Widget, how do I center that quote? Right now it’s on the left-hand side of the page.

    Thanks,

    Erica

    Hi, Erica.

    Paste this CSS code in the Custom CSS Box provided through the Theme Options Panel:-

    .widget_testimonial .second-testimonial {
      display: none;
    }
    .widget_testimonial .first-testimonial {
      width: 50%;
      margin: 0 auto;
      float: none;
    }
    @media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .widget_testimonial .first-testimonial {
      width: 100%;
    	}
    }

    Hope this works.
    We will really appreciate if you could help us too by rating our theme in WordPress repo here:-

    Thanks.
