I am currently having a problem where the background color or background image setting is not working on the About and Testimonial TG Widgets.
You can see a sample of the issue here: https://pandorawilliams.com/
I am viewing the site in Chrome on a MacBook Air but it looks the same in Safari and on my PC with Chrome and IE — Can you tell me how to get the background image that is selected to span across the entire widget area rather than just the far left section of the widget?
Thank you in advance!June 16, 2017 at 5:00 am #1312109
It seems you’ve changed theme’s file code.
If so, please revert back the changes.
Then, we can provide proper CSS code as you want to change. 🙂

I didn’t change anything in the coding on the site at all. All I have done is change settings in the customize section to alter the appearance of the site and added the widgets into the side bars and footer areas that the theme provides.
I don’t know how to edit the code, so that would not have been a possibility.June 19, 2017 at 5:19 am #1312369

Thank you so much for figuring it out! I appreciate it so much. The use of the footer locations on this theme were pretty confusing to me. An image in the docs on it showing me where the widget locations are might have been helpful and I probably would not have made that mistake. Just a suggestion!
Thank you again for all your help!June 22, 2017 at 4:39 am #1312748

Since FitClub Startpage template is used on dashboard home edit screen, the content will be shown.
If you want to add text as you added on the edit screen, add a text widget to the sidebar.

I have a couple more questions: ( I am so sorry! ) I swear if we can work the bugs out of this I will be purchasing the Pro version of this theme and leaving a spectacular review for you guys!
So two questions:
1. I am noticing that within the TG Services and TG Featured Posts widgets articles seem to be aggregating differently. If you look at my site there is a service called 12 Wk Weight Loss Challenges and it looks different than all the other ones when it comes up and the “Learn More” button is not in line with the rest.
I also notice that the same thing happens in the TG Feature Widget if the title of the post is shorter than the rest ( One Line vs. Two Lines ).
Can you tell me why this is happening and how to fix it so that it doesn’t mess up the alignment and look of those widgets?
2. In the TG About Widget — When I use the recommended size of 576px * 341px for the About Us widget to design a background it blows the image up and it gets very blurry. So I moved to a larger size file to fix that. But no matter what file I put there, if it looks nice on the screen and meets over near the left size of where the text ends when you pull the site up on a mobile phone it looks horrible. The text appears over the image which seems to populate more from the center of the graphic. Is there a fix for this?June 25, 2017 at 5:20 pm #1313067
Also is there any information on how the social media menus work? I can’t seem to find it in the documentation.June 26, 2017 at 9:10 am #1313152
