Is this a one-time payment for All Themes Plan?
Yes, it is. Pay onetime and enjoy all our premium themes and premium support access for lifetime.
This All Themes Plan with lifetime access was introduced starting 7 April, 2017. So, incase you purchased All Themes Plan earlier, you can pay the difference in price and upgrade to All Themes Plan – lifetime access. To do so, please contact us via this contact page with your ThemeGrill purchase order number.
What’s the difference between Free and Pro Version?
Each theme page has a compare table free vs pro where you can view the detail about the free and pro version. Generally speaking, Pro version includes extra customization features, options, widgets, template and support more plugins. Pro users have access to support ticket which are answered from few minutes to 12 hrs time period and yes even on weekends. Whereas free theme users have general wordpress.org forum access and don’t have exact timeframe for the reply.
What about support and updates?
Support and Updates are included for free for one year in Single Theme Plan and for lifetime in All Themes Plan. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
How can I get support for the purchased product?
You can get support via different ways. 1. Login to your ThemeGrill account page. 2. You can create support ticket from here support ticket. Our dedicated technical support team will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (workdays). We provide support in weekends as well for premium users only. What does support cover?
Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, bug fixes and simple CSS customizations. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins integrations. But we can show you some guidance and provide simple CSS customization. Also, Support Tickets facility is available only to pro users. Support ticket gets high priority and is even replied on weekends.
What is your refund policy?
If our theme is not fit for your purpose or simply if you don’t like it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. No Questions Asked. You can make refund request via this page contact page with your ThemeGrill order number and we will get back to you.
