What does site license mean?
License is valid for one year from the date for purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get automatic updates from dashboard and support for purchased ThemeGrill products. After one year, while renewing the license key it can be renewed at a 50% discount as compared to initial year price (this is not valid for ‘All Themes Plan’ package). You can use our products on as many sites as you like as it is GPL licensed. However, you will need valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. One site license will give you support and automatic updates for one site only.
What happens when my license expires?
You can continue using the theme with all the premium features for lifetime. However your premium support access and automatic updates will be cut off.
What payment options do you support?
Currently we accept major Credit Cards and International Debit Cards including paypal via our payment processor 2checkout.
Do you charge automatically for the renewal?
No, we don’t. You will receive a reminder email about the renewal and you have to manually login to your account and pay.
Can I upgrade from single site license to 10 site license or All themes Plan?
Yes, we can arrange that for you. Please contact us via our contact page with your order purchase number.
What about support and updates?
Support and Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If the purchased product does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your ThemeGrill account page.
How can I get support for the purchased product?
You can get support via different ways.1. Login to your ThemeGrill account page. Visit our support forum. If you have purchased any of our premium products then you will see the premium product forums. Click on the product thread and you can post your query. 2. You can create support ticket from here support ticket. Our dedicated support team will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (workdays). We provide support in weekends as well for premium users only.
What does support cover?
Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, bug fixes and simple CSS customizations. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins. But we can show you some guidance and provide simple CSS customization. Also, Forums for pro themes will only be visible to premium users (users who purchase our pro themes) once you are logged in. We always give top support priority to premium theme users than free theme users in forum.
What is your refund policy?
If you have problems getting our themes or plugins to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
